What is the difference between R & L Studio and R & L Darts?

R & L Crafts is home to two specialist brands. R & L Studio focuses on personalised stationery, stickers, gifts and keepsakes, while R & L Darts specialises in personalised darts accessories and gifts for players and fans of the sport.

Where are you based?

We are a small UK-based business, designing, creating and dispatching orders from our home studio.

How do I provide my personalisation details?

You can enter your personalisation information in the box provided on the product page before adding the item to your basket. Please double-check all spelling and details before placing your order.

Can I see a proof before my order is made?

If a proof is available for your chosen product, this will be stated in the product description. Please note that requesting a proof may increase processing times.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but this may not be possible once production has started.

Do you offer express delivery?

Available delivery options will be displayed during checkout. If you require an item urgently, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.

How long will my order take?

Processing times vary by product and are displayed on each product listing. Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available to selected countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. All products are designed and created in-house, with every order made, personalised and packed with care.

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! We love creating custom products. If you have an idea in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.

Do colours appear exactly as shown on screen?

Colours may vary slightly depending on your device's screen settings and display calibration.

Can I return a personalised item?

Due to the custom nature of personalised products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, faulty or there has been an error on our part.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What if I made a mistake with my personalisation details?

Please contact us immediately. If production has not yet started, we will do our best to amend your order.
